How to place an order with SFTec

So you’re planning your next project, and you’re looking for ways to reduce the project’s cost while improving its durability so you reach out to your favorite suppliers, like SFTec Inc. So how do you get started?

Step 1: Contact our sales team

While it may sound cliché, our services will always start with a conversation. We believe in the human touch and we want you to know that you can count on us throughout the entire process. Getting in touch is easy – you can fill out the form on our website, or simply call us for a faster response. 

Once you speak to your SFTec representative, they will act as a guide and will give you all the information you need. 

We take the time to discuss your needs and make sure FRP is the right solution for your project. You may choose to share your plans with our team, if you have them already, so our technical team can analyze them and give you a more accurate conclusion. If the plans are not ready, no problem! We assign one of our experts to help you with the designs, by either assisting you with design tips, or engineering the project for you altogether.

Step 2: We Send you a quote

Once we have gone through your project requirements, we make our best recommendations in terms of building material quantities to order. We then reach out to our distribution partners and we give them the recommended quantity for your project in order to prepare a detailed quote. Investing in FRP rebar will allow you to save on several aspects of your project – so you will definitely get value for your money. Once the quote is approved and we receive the purchase order, a lead time is provided based on the current conditions. 

Step 3: We Ship your products

Once the sales terms have been agreed upon, our distributors will ensure that you receive the products on the promised dates. If they have the products in stock, the lead time is very short. If they do not , we reach out to our manufacturing plant in China who will immediately start processing your order before delivering it to our distribution partner for sorting, or we can also ship it directly to you. If there are special requirements to be made, the lead time may be a little longer. Otherwise, your orders can be ready in a matter of weeks (exact time may vary based on your specific needs). If manufacturing is required, the entire process typically takes between 6 to 8 weeks (including shipping time). 

Step 4: We check in

While the order process is technically over as soon as you receive your products, at SFTec, we accompany you throughout your journey. This means, we check in to ensure that everything is to your liking and we collect any feedback you may have so we can always improve our customer service. Our customers are our priority.
