Polypropylene bundle wave fiber, also known as polypropylene threaded fiber, is made of polypropylene through special parallel drawing and wave forming process and surface treatment. It has the advantages of high cracking strength, good dispersion in concrete, and strong gripping force, and is used for crack resistance enhancement of cement concrete. SFT-WavePPFiber is made of synthetic resin as raw material and processed through special process and surface treatment. Also, it is high alkaline resistant.

Compared to steel fiber, its characteristics are: corrosion resistance, easy dispersion, easy construction and no damage to mixing equipment

    Dosage:
    It is recommended to add 3kg per cubic meter of concrete.

    Length selection:
    Generally, 36mm for anti-cracking reinforcement; when mixed into shotcrete, the length is preferably no more than 25mm. Avoid using gauges larger than 35mm.

    Proportion design:
    In general, it is not necessary to change the grade and proportion parameters of concrete.

    Considering the crack resistance performance requirements of concrete, it can be used in conjunction with adding 0.9 kg of monofilament fiber per square concrete.

    Mixer selection:
    Choose a double-shaft horizontal forced mixer.

    Feeding and Mixing Process

    1. Put in crushed stone first
    2. Put in reinforcing ribs, then put in sand
    3. Stir for 2 minutes to fully disperse the reinforcing ribs
    4. Put in cement and water and stir evenly according to the conventional process
    5. It can also be constructed according to the sequence of conventional process input, but the mixing and stirring time should not be less than 4 minutes, and the vibrating time should be extended appropriately to make the fiber fully mixed.
